What can you expect?
You can expect to be introduced to legal reasoning and legal analysis. This will be done through case studies, role play, moots. We will cover these skills in a variety of legal areas starting with criminal law, tort law and various forms of contract law.
What can you not expect?
You can not expect to become a lawyer after taking this broad introduction.
What do I expect?
I expect a relatively serious attitude and high level of participation in all forms of learning, such as class and group discussions, completion of readings, completion of written work.
